Lesson 1: Historical Background and Doctrines - Before Kemet
This lesson covers pages 11-52 in textbook Volume 1. It establishes the origin and evolution of the Fundamental Rights of the African People, the spiritual and philosophical foundations of these rights, and uses the conflict between the Balanta and the Mesnitu Blacksmiths of the Cult of Horus at Edfu as an illustration of “inter”-communal (national) law and conflict of laws before the coming of Europeans.
Lesson 2: Natural Law and the Development of the Law of Nations in Europe
This lesson covers pages 54 -80 in textbook Volume 1. In Lesson 1 we learned the origin and evolution in law in Africa. Now we must learn the evolution of law in Europe to have a firm grounding in the conflict of laws that was invoked with the Dum Diversas Apostolic Edict by Pope Nicholas V on June 18, 1452 declaring total war on the people living in territories on the African continent and initiating the criminal trans Atlantic trafficking and enslavement of African prisoners of war.
Lesson 3: The Criminal Trans Atlantic Trafficking and Enslavement of African People in the British North American Colonies
This lesson covers pages 80 - 132 in textbook Volume 1 and traces the development of the conflict of laws during the fusion of various African people in the British North American colonies into a New Afrikan people and nation, situated in international society.
Lesson 4: The Scramble for Africa
This lesson covers pages 133 -199 in textbook Volume 1. The previous chapter developed the conflict of laws faced by New Afrikans in the U.S. Lesson 4 follows this conflict across the Atlantic in Africa culminating with the Berlin Conference.

Lesson 5: "Effective Occupation" and the Conclusion of the Berlin Conference and the rise of Pan Africanism
This lesson covers textbook Volume 2 pages 3-23. Not long after the Berlin conference, Pan Africanism began to advance, starting with the Chicago Congress on Africa in 1893 that led to the series of Pan African Congress up until today.
Lesson 6: Paris Peace Conference (1919), the League of Nations and the Mandates System
This lesson covers textbook Volume 2 pages 23-79 and focuses on the development of the Mandates and Protectorate System implemented by the League of Nations.
Lesson 7: Pan Africans at the Paris Peace Conference - Ethiopia, DuBois and Garvey
Textbook Volume 2 pages 80-104. In the last lesson, we learned the artificial and racist nature of the development of positive law from the Paris Peace Conference and the establishment of the League of Nations. In this lesson, we see how New Afrikans such as W.E.B. DuBois, Marcus Garvery and others engaged the European powers during the creation of the League of Nations and repudiated its Mandates system.
Lesson 8: Pan Africanists Seek Justice at League of Nations and Pan African Congresses
Textbook Volume 2 pages 104-131. In this lesson, we go into the further details of New Afrikan attempts, especially by W.E.B. DuBois and Marcus Garvey, at international diplomacy and state-building in 1919-1923 during the League of Nations’ Mandates System period.
Lesson 9: The Mandates System and the New Afrikan Nation Within A Nation
Textbook Volume 2 pages 131-172. The Mandate System can be defined as an internationally sanctioned method of colonialism. In this lesson we take a deep dive into how the Mandates System of the League of Nations set the precedent for the United Nations Human Rights Petitioning of today. We also look at the further development of Marcus Garvey’s relationship with this system and how other world events factored into this period leading up to the Italian invasion of Ethiopia in 1935.
Lesson 10: Emperor Haile Selassie and the Italian Invasion of Ethiopia 1935
Textbook Volume 2 pages 172-185 covers the most significant event of the 20th century: the Italian invasion of Ethiopia and the conflict between the League of Nations and the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Conquering Lion of Judah. It became the most prophetic event of the past 2,000 years.

Lesson 11: Charter of the United Nations, The United States, and the Origin of the Trustee System
This lesson covers Textbook Volume 3 pages 7-52 and we will learn about the new UN system for colonization called “Non-Self Governing Territories and Trusteeship”. The United States in Micronesia is given as an example.
Lesson 12: New Afrikans and the UN System: W.E.B. DuBois, Rayford Logan, and Ralph Bunche
This lesson covers Textbook Volume 3 pages 52-106 and covers the period when New Afrikan intellectuals, trained in the internationalist footsteps of DuBois (though not always mirroring his politics) became involved in post-war planning in the US and abroad and would have a great though unheralded impact on shaping the UN Trusteeship Council.
Lesson 13: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Genocide Convention, and UN Resolution 545 on the Rights of Self Determination
This lesson covers Textbook Voume 3 pages 107 - 128 and traces the development of the international legal principles that were invoked by the We Charge Genocide Petition in 1951 and that we are still utilizing today.
Lesson 14: Self Determination Struggles 1952-1956
This lesson covers Textbook Volume 3 pages 129 - 159. The Mau Mau initiate the movement for African independence, the United States launches its counter-revolution integration program through the Brown vs. Board of Education decision, the non-white world meets at the Bandung Conference, and the trial of the first Genocide of the 20th Century: the South West Africa cases (Ethiopia v. South Africa; Liberia v. South Africa).
Lesson 15: The African Liberation Movement from Ghana's Independence (1957) to UN Resolution 1514 on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples (1960)
This lesson covers Textbook Volume 3 pages 129 - 159. This lesson covers Textbook Volume 3 pages 213 - 240. There is revolutionary action on both sides of the Atlantic by Africans at home and abroad while Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie proves to be the Father of World Diplomacy.
